Route Planning with Nüvi 780
Planning a trip somewhere is not always easy. In some cities, the roads are so intricate that it’s so easy to lose yourself within corners and streets. Asking for directions is an option, but it is so time-consuming. Thank goodness for nüvi 780
!
Garmin, the company behind the GPS navigator, added a route-planning feature. Because remote planning is a function needed on this device, they made sure that its users can map out the trip easily. How do you plan? You simply add locations from either “Favorites”, Addresses, LAT/LON coordinates, intersections, recently found locations, cities, by browsing the map, or Points of Interest.
From the list of options, you add either the start or end point and build from there. When you do that, the navigator considers the options and street conditions before it makes the trip for you. You can figure out the order of things yourself. If you can’t do that, the nüvi 780 can do it for you. Just hit hitting the “Optimally Reorder Points,” and voila! You will see the logical order in the results. With this navigator, every penny placed is a great investment. Moreover, it even calculates the time it takes for you to reach your destination.
When you look back on your trip through the navigator’s screen, you will see a blue light that marks the path you’ve taken. You now have a breadcrumb trail in case you come by the same route again. Life is so much easier with Garmin nüvi 780!
